LIGHTING (EXT) AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHT BEAM LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM B2452 Abnormal Height Sensor Data at Initialization
DESCRIPTION
The headlight leveling ECU assembly stores this DTC if the sensor value received from the rear height control sensor sub-assembly is out of range when performing initialization of the headlight leveling ECU assembly; for example, the vehicle was not level or was being jack up.

If the headlight leveling ECU assembly has been replaced, it is necessary to initialize the headlight leveling ECU assembly.

·Removal/installation of the rear height control sensor sub-assembly
·Work that changes the vehicle height such as replacement of suspension components
PROCEDURE
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
Clear the DTCs.
- Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs
- 50002 361
- Result:
Proceed to NEXT

Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
Check for DTCs.
- Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes
- 50001 361
- OK:
DTC B2452 is not output.
- HINT:

If any DTCs other than B2452 are output, troubleshoot for those DTCs first.
