PROCEDURE

Hide 27020 1.INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

a.

Install the wire harness clamp bracket to the generator assembly with the bolt.

Torque:
8.4 N*m (86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf)

Install the generator assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque:
Bolt (A) : 25 N*m (255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf)
Bolt (B) : 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)


c.

Engage the wire harness clamp to the generator assembly.


d.

Connect the generator assembly connector.


e.

Connect the wire harness to terminal B with the nut.

Torque:
9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf)


f.

Install the terminal cap.

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
