PROCEDURE

Hide 27020 1.INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

Temporarily install the generator assembly with the bolt.

Temporarily install the adjusting bar with the bolt and nut.


c.

Move the generator assembly toward the cylinder block sub-assembly and fully tighten the nut.

Torque:
18.5 N*m (189 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)


d.

Connect the generator assembly connector and engage the 2 wire harness clamps.


e.

Connect the wire harness to terminal B and install the nut.

Torque:
9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf)


f.

Install the terminal cap.

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
