PROCEDURE

Hide 16100 1.INSTALL ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

a.

install a new gasket to the engine water pump assembly.

HINT:

Be sure to clean the contact surfaces.



b.

Install the engine water pump assembly with the 3 bolts and 2 nuts.

Torque:
12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)


Hide 16173 2.INSTALL WATER PUMP PULLEY

Temporarily install the water pump pulley to the engine water pump assembly with the 3 bolts.


b.

Using SST, hold the water pump pulley.

09960-10010  (09962-01000, 09963-00700)


c.

Tighten the 3 bolts.

Torque:
15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
