*a	Luggage Compartment Door Open Rod

Disconnect the luggage compartment door open rod as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the luggage compartment door lock assembly.

Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly to remove the luggage compartment door lock assembly.
