PROCEDURE

Hide 81260A 1.REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof)

a.

Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 clips.


b.

Disconnect the connector to remove the map light assembly.


Hide 81260A 2.REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/o Sliding Roof)

Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws.


b.

Disconnect the connector to remove the map light assembly.


Hide 81260C 3.REMOVE MAP LIGHT BULB (w/ Sliding Roof)

Turn the 2 map light sockets with the 2 map light bulbs as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.


b.

Remove the 2 map light bulbs from the 2 map light sockets.

Turn the 2 map light sockets with the 2 map light bulbs as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.


b.

Remove the 2 map light bulbs from the 2 map light sockets.

Protective Tape


Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the No. 2 map light lens from the map light assembly.


Hide 81265C 6.REMOVE NO. 1 MAP LIGHT LENS (w/ Sliding Roof)

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 map light lens.
