PROCEDURE

Hide 71075B 1.INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

a.

Temporarily install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad.


b.

Using hog ring pliers, install 12 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
·

Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

·

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.




c.

Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover with 32 new hog rings.

Hide 71077B 2.INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

a.

w/o Armrest:

i.

Temporarily install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad.


ii.

Using hog ring pliers, install 14 new hog rings.

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seatback cover.




iii.

Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad with 26 new hog rings.

i.

Temporarily install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad.

Using hog ring pliers, install 14 new hog rings.

c.

Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the bush and bolt.

Torque:
6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf)

Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the 2 nuts.

Engage the 12 claws to install the 6 rear seat headrest supports.
