1.INSTALL PCV VALVE (VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY)

Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly).
- Adhesive:
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent
b.
Using a deep socket wrench (19 mm), install the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
- Torque:
- 27 N*m (275 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf)
- NOTICE:
-
Do not start the engine for at least 1 hour after installation.
c.
Connect the ventilation hose to the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) and slide the clip to secure it.
